Redesign to enable quicker access to information and services.
UX Design
Through customer research I identified the opportunity to introduce personalisation to the homepage as the start of the journey. This would allow visitors to select from segments in which they identify to follow a curated experience, including: Singles, Families, 55 plus, Investor or Business.
This was postponed due to the curation required beyond the initial experience as well as needing a more extensive content strategy.
This project included a wide range of services, stakeholders, products and offerings spanning Banking, Insurance, Superannuation with multiple brands including AAMI, GIO, Apia, Bingle, Shannon's and more.
