The Law Institute required the creation of a user experience prototype to define, review and improve the usability for the next (now current) version of their member and public resource portal.
This was an idea I pitched for the Banking App, allowing customers to quickly transfer funds between their accounts from the homescreen. Using pre-login balances to setup transfers and completing the transfer using their PIN.
Having provided the foundation UX for the banking pillar of the new marketplace app I was brought onto the Benefits & Rewards project to provide UX and UI design and bring an external provider platform inline with Suncorp style and experience guidelines for both Marketplace App and Responsive Desktop Platforms.
