Brief: To improve the user experience and to assist customers in achieving their goals as quickly and accurately as possible.

The Law Institute required the creation of a user experience prototype to define, review and improve the usability for the next (now current) version of their member and public resource portal.

A new Suncorp Banking App feature that enabled customers to quickly transfer funds between their accounts from the homescreen. Using pre-login balances to setup transfers and completing the transfer using their PIN.

Originally an in-house hosted application, I was brought on to help create an improved user experience and deliver a new SaaS version of the product using new technology that would be accessible remotely online.
